Mounting the Transponder
The transponder is mounted to your bike using the mounting clip provided with your transponder.
Follow the step by step directions below to properly mount your transponder.
1. Place tape around the fork tube where the clip will be attached. The tape will keep the mounting clip from spinning around on the fork tube.
2. Using plastic tie wraps, attach the mounting clip to the right fork tube behind the front number plate. Notice the arrow on the mounting clip and ensure that it points down. The mounting clip should be attached so that it is facing forward.
3. Tighten the plastic tie wraps as tight as you can get them. Test the mounting clip by trying to spin it on the fork tube. It should not be able to spin. You can use tape over the plastic tie wraps if needed.
4. Remove the transponder from the charging cradle then fit the transponder into the mounting clip. The arrow on the transponder should be pointing down.
5. Pull the rubber strap around the transponder and hook it on the hook of the mounting clip.
